Fall 2011 Social Enterprise enp Evenings (3 for the price of 2)

Enp Evenings

Enterprising Non-Profits will be hosting three enp Evening Learning Events this fall.  Register for all three by Monday, October 3, and pay just $30.  Register after this date (or register for each event separately) and pay $15 per event (which is still an amazing deal!).

Each event runs from 5:30 - 7:30 pm, takes place at the YWCA Hotel in Vancouver (733 Beatty Street), and features experts in some of the topic areas of our new Social Enterprise Learning Toolkit.  Refreshments will be provided.

October 3: Marketing (Featuring NetImpact Vancouver)

NetImpact is an international nonprofit organization made up of MBA graduates with a mission to inspire, educate, and equip individuals to use the power of business to create a more socially and environmentally sustainable world. Come hear what the experts have to say about marketing and branding in the world of social enterprise.

At this event NetImpact will present a Community Impact Live Case Study where they will focus on a current business challenge of Street Youth Job Action (SYJA), a social enterprise initiative of Directions Youth Services Centre at Family Services of Greater Vancouver that provides mentoring and development opportunities for homeless youth in the city. Emily Beam, Social Enterprise Manager at SYJA, will lead everyone through a critical marketing challenge. If you have skills in this area or are interested in building your capacity in marketing - please do join us!

November 8: Finances (Featuring KPMG)
