Session Description:
As social enterprises move through planning, development, launch and operations, having the right people in place is key to the overall success of the venture. This session will use a discussion format to explore the key roles and responsibilities of the enterprise leader, executive director, board members and other enterprise team members. Participants iwll explore the practical guidelines and strategies for how they can build and run a team to effectively support the creation and growth of successful social enterprises. This session is situated in the early stage stream; however the information can apply to enterprises in operations and growth.
