Determining Your Entrepreneurial Profile

This assessment is from Mike Lewis's guide to Building Community Wealth: A Resource for Social Enterprise Development. It will help you to assess the gaps you may have on your team, and/or changes to current roles that might allow those with a strong entrepreneurial profile to take on more responsibility. The 25 charactersitics used in this assessment were identified by the Hawaii Entrepreneur Training and Development Institute. They have been used for the past 20 years by the Centre for Community Enterprise with thousands of individuals to assess entrepreneurial values.
