Description: The objectives of the Nuu-chah-nulth Economic Development Corporation (NEDC) are to promote and assist in the development and establishment of new and existing business enterprises both on & off reserve by:

*Providing commercial financing to both eligible individual and community owned businesses.
*Assisting in the financing of feasability studies and the development of business plans for large projects.
*Accessing contributions for tribal and individual enterprises.
*Promoting Youth Entrepreneurship.
*Assisting clients in acquiring and/or enhancing their management skills.
*Improving employment opportunities for the Nuu-chah-nulth.
*Providing on-going business and financial advice.

The corporation also continues to work toward the strategic corporate goals of financial self-sufficiency and service expansion.
