Public spending for public benefit is a report, a lobbying tool, a new source of evidence, and a recommendation for future action based on what some people are doing already. This publication challenges the belief that public spending and regeneration can be accomplished separately and demonstrates what the UK could look like if public spending achieved multiple objectives through the public procurement process.
